Rockshatter is an enchanted Dwarven mace. To get it go to the farm outside of Anvil's Main Gate. Talk to the lady and she will tell you that her husband stole her family heirloom which is Rockshatter. She will tell you to go to Fort Strand where the local maurader gang is. The husband can be found on the lower level of the fort. After you get Rockshatter back to the lady kill her after she gives you the reward. (You won't get a bounty if your in her farmhouse). And there you go Rockshatter is yours to find!
